Suzana Fischer began her career as a model in Canada, New-York (Ford's) and in Europe (London, Paris, Amsterdam). This invaluable experience allowed her to move about behind the scene of the fashion world and understand it's doctrines and rules.

She also worked in many commercials and films, this allowed her to understand first hand the problems that could turn up in front of the lens.

After getting married, she worked with her husband as a line producer and producer for commercials as well as feature films. This allowed her to understand, not only how to manage a budget but specially how to respect it while achieving maximum result on the screen.

Her passion for fashion pushed her to quit production and to dedicate herself full time in costume designing.

Her past experiences allowed her, as costume designer, not only to do a series of feature films (always inside her budgets), but to access collections of great designers like Azzedine Alaïa in Paris or Marisa Miniccucci in Montreal. Furthermore, having worked in Europe, she has immediate access to the abundance of period costumes in London, Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam.

She created the costumes and the look for:

Pierce Brosnan, top French model: Laurence Treil, Rob Lowe, Joe Mantegna, Judd Nelson, Eric Roberts, Margot Kidder, Roy Dupuis, Pamela Greer, Bo Derek, Elisabeth Berkley, Patty Duke, Peter Greene, David Carradine, John Hurd, Debbie Mazar, Daphne Zuniga, Sean Young, Stephanie Powel, French pop star: Marc Lavoine, to name just a few.

Commercials:

Suzana designed costumes for more than 300 commercials, among them in North America: American Express, Master Card, Budwiser, Molson, Labatt, Pepsi Cola, Dunkin Donut etc.

In Europe: Heineken, the Woolmark, Citroen, Smarties, Verkade, Banque Bruxelles -Lambert, Amstel Bier, etc.
